Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements.
Collaborating with these teams to work on various accounting projects.
Prepare financial reports, schedules for management review, and other ad hoc reports.
Interact with clients to gather information.
Completing the assigned tasks within the given deadline.
Requirement
Minimum 1 year experience.
Possess at least a diploma in accounting or equivalent.
Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Experienced in AutoCount, SQL, and Xero will be an advantage.
Ability to work effectively as part of a motivated and energetic team.

To ensure that all clients’ documents/records are properly filed in the statutory records at all times and to perform proper housekeeping of clients’ records.
Requirement
Must have at least 1-2 years relevant working experience in corporate secretarial.
Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
Must possess good communications skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Secretarial software, MYCOID, MBRS, MYDATA, e-Info is preferable.
Well-versed with Companies Ac, 2016 and other relevant laws and regulations.
Responsible to special tasks and projects assigned from time to time.
